So, my account has been suspended on The Sims 3 forum and exchange. All of my items I’ve made and uploaded have been taken off the exchange.
The sad thing is is the reason I was suspended. If anyone is familiar with The Sims 3 forum there is a person there, Aarin, who is extremely helpful with everyone. She even took the time to create this amazing thread full of information and answering questions.
Well, I decided to take it upon myself to start a thread petition to get her Help Compendium stickied on the front page of the General Discussion board. My idea panned out and the moderators gave her thread a sticky.
One day later after my post, and I got banned for it. Here is a copy of the email I received:

Personally, I hate petitions. But I am in full support of getting Aarin’s help thread stickied for everyone to see. It is so full of useful information. Having it stickied may prevent a multitude of repeated thread posts, such as, Where is that hair? How do I upload? How do i… etc. If you are in agreeance, please respond to this thread. I am completely astounded by this. This makes absolutely no sense.
I wish someone would tell me how in hell this is off topic? I promoted someone’s good effort and this is what I get in return.
I’m just really pissed at this situation right now. It’s an injustice. However, I have no clue what to do about it. If anyone has an idea, I’m game. I have tried to appeal it, but so far no luck.
